New Memorials Direct ships most items the same day via
either USPS or FedEx when the order is placed by noon PST. 

Shipping within the United States
Solid Gold Jewelry items must have the same billing and shipping information.
Please note: solid gold & platinum are special order items that take approximately 4-5 weeks and cannot be cancelled or returned. 

• Domestic shipping

Cremation jewelry via usps 1st class. We offer low-cost standard shipping to all destinations within the USA, including Alaska and Hawaii. We ship same day on most items via USPS (United States Postal Service) or FedEx at the discretion of New Memorials Direct. Overnight and second-day delivery is also available at additional cost (see charts below). 

• Overnight and next-day shipping

New Memorials Direct also offers expedited shipping via USPS (United States Postal Service) shipping and FedEx shipping. The decision to use USPS or FedEx will depend on factors such as shipping destination and desired delivery timing. Exact pricing will depend on package size and weight. The USPS table below shows the approximate cost for shipping 1-3 jewelry items (6 ounce package) to any US location, including Alaska and Hawaii.

The FedEx table below indicates the approximate cost for shipping 1-3 jewelry items (6 ounce package) from New Memorials Direct in Gig Harbor to a destination in the midwest. Note that destinations farther east or to Alaska or Hawaii and orders requesting Saturday delivery will cost more.  Also note that weekends are not considered when FedEx calculates delivery times with the exception of Home Delivery to residential addresses, in which case the business days are Tuesday through Saturday.

The shipping cost is calculated before the order is placed so you have time to cancel the order before the order is finalized.

We routinely ship to Canada and the UK, and we have shipped to other countries including New Zealand, The Netherlands and China. When shipping internationally, keep the following things in mind.

• Use the shipping calculator in the New Memorials Direct shopping cart.

The shipping calculator which appears in the New Memorials Direct shopping cart will give you with an accurate shipping cost for your specific item(s) to your specific ship-to destination. The shipping cost is calculated before the order is placed so you have time to cancel the order before the order is finalized.

• Ship via USPS (United States Postal Service who then hands off to a country-specific carrier)

We recommend shipping via USPS for international orders to keep customs fees as low as possible. While other shipping methods can be used (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc) we have found that USPS tends to be the most cost effective. 

New Memorials Direct offers four USPS shipping methods for delivery in Canada and the UK. While exact price will vary depending on size and weight of the package, the tables below show the approximate cost for delivering 1-3 jewelry items (6 ounce package) to Canada or the UK.   For UK customers, contact parcelforce at 02476 212860.
