Hello Ron,
I just want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for all you have done for my dear late husband Jim Dew, everything from the body donation to the funeral at Arlington. We had a beautiful service yesterday, all the stars were lined up for a final farewell, even the weather was gorgeous. Chaplain Morlock delivered a personalized touching service. He had obviously absorbed all the information I gave him about my husband and put them into his own heart-warming words. All family members and friends remarked how beautiful the urn is (thank you, thank you!)
The care and craftsmanship of the urn brought tears of joy on a sad day! Please share with the Bailey team our appreciation.
I am also very pleased with the spot where Jim’s ashes were laid to rest, and will be visiting it often.

service. We are a small family business so we treasure vendors that have the same values of offering reasonably priced, high quality products that make our customers happy!
Some specific areas which our sales/service team love about Kin & Pebble are:
Their Website: It’s a wholesale site that consumers can use to browse the many different personalized products they offer. So many vendors sell direct to customers so it’s nice to
have a vendor who hold the line on this. The website is inviting and super easy to use.
Quick Delivery: For silver items, they say about 7 business days but generally the actual time is about 3-4.
EASY, EASY,EASY: Yes, seriously easy. When you think of personalized jewelry (pictures, fingerprints, etc.) it can be a little over whelming. But, it’s not. The training is excellent
and they give you all the tools a retailer would need to make the process easy for the sales associate and the customer.
Service: The team at Kin & Pebble are very helpful and are always willing to assist us with rush jobs and even engraving on customers pieces.
In summary, it would be great to welcome this company into the RJO family! I believe it would be beneficial to all.
